Meal

The cuisine includes kaiseki dishes made from seasonal ingredients and Irori (sunken hearth) cooking, where Higo beef and freshly picked vegetables are grilled and served on a lava rock plate from Mt Aso.
Guests staying in the main building will have their meals prepared in the dining room.
Guests staying in the detached rooms will be served at the ‘Amida’ dining room.

Enjoy the wonderful starry sky at night while bathing in an Roten buro(open-air bath). Okeyu, Tachiyu, Hananoyu, Uchiyu and Roten buro(open-air bath) ＆#8211; our spa baths are available all night. Also, we prepare a bath for exclusive use.
