阿蘇ふっこう割（南小国町版）観光商品券は、8/29時点で発行上限数に達しましたため、事前予約のお申し込み受付を終了いたしました。

阿蘇ふっこう割（南小国町版）観光商品券とは

南小国町外にお住いの方向けに、南小国町内の観光施設で利用できるお得な商品券の販売を南小国町観光協会にて行います。観光商品券を購入するためには事前予約が必要ですので、ご留意ください。

九州ふっこう応援割につきましては、8月29日現在、詳細がまだ決まっておりません。確定次第、黒川温泉公式サイトおよびSNSでお知らせいたします。

九州ふっこう応援割とは

令和8年熊本地震により観光客のキャンセルが相次いでいる九州の観光需要の回復および風評被害の払拭を図るため、国が旅行代金の一部を補助する支援策です。

割引率
熊本県と鹿児島県が6割補助になります。その他の九州5県（福岡県、佐賀県、長崎県、大分県、宮崎県）が5割補助です。

割引上限額（1人あたり）
・宿泊単体・交通付宿泊（1泊）2万円
・交通付宿泊（2泊以上）3万円
・周遊型旅行（2県以上）3.5万円

対象期間
2026年10月1日宿泊分以降とし、各県が決定します。

予約対象期間
各県により異なります。現在、調整中です。

対象エリア
九州7県（福岡県、佐賀県、長崎県、熊本県、大分県、宮崎県、鹿児島県）です。

対象者
国内在住者および訪日旅行客が対象です。公費出張等のビジネス客は対象外です（予定）。

利用・予約方法
各県のキャンペーンに参加する、旅行予約サイト、旅行会社、宿泊施設から対象旅行を、割引価格で申込します（予定）。

・既存予約については、対象外となる見込みです。

・地域クーポンの発行はありません。

As the mornings and evenings begin to carry a hint of autumn, the sound of the Kurokawa River has taken on a cooler, more soothing tone. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the warm support you have continually shown to Kurokawa Onsen and Minamioguni Town.

Since the Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake, we have received countless words of encouragement and generous support from so many of you. On behalf of the entire association, we offer our heartfelt thanks. Supported by all of you, we have been working step by step to restore Kurokawa Onsen to its familiar self.

This autumn, two discount and benefit programs will become available to help support the recovery of tourism demand in the region. We hope this will give you a wonderful opportunity to visit Kurokawa Onsen.

(1) [September] Aso Fukko Wari (Minamioguni Town Edition) Tourism Vouchers

As of August 29, the Aso Fukko Wari (Minamioguni Town Edition) Tourism Vouchers have reached their maximum issuance limit, and we have therefore closed advance reservation applications.

What is the Aso Fukko Wari Tourism Voucher?
The Minamioguni Town Tourism Association will sell discounted vouchers that can be used at tourism facilities within Minamioguni Town, intended for residents living outside of Minamioguni Town. Please note that advance reservation is required to purchase these vouchers.

Tuesday, September 1st - Wednesday, September 30th, 2026

Voucher Distribution Period
Tuesday, September 1st - Wednesday, September 30th, 2026

Reservation Period
From 3:00 PM on Friday, August 28th - until sold out

Purchase Limit
10,000 yen per person (valued at 20,000 yen)

(2) [From October] Kyushu Fukko Ouen Wari (Kyushu Recovery Support Discount)

As of August 29, the details of the Kyushu Fukko Ouen Wari have not yet been finalized. We will announce further information on the official Kurokawa Onsen website and social media as soon as it becomes available.

What is the Kyushu Fukko Ouen Wari?
This is a national government support program that subsidizes a portion of travel costs, aimed at recovering tourism demand and countering reputational damage in Kyushu following a wave of travel cancellations caused by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake.

Discount Rate
Kumamoto and Kagoshima Prefectures: 60% subsidy
Other Kyushu Prefectures (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita, Miyazaki): 50% subsidy

Maximum Discount (per person)
・ Accommodation only / accommodation with transportation (1 night): 20,000 yen
・ Accommodation with transportation (2 nights or more): 30,000 yen
・ Multi-prefecture travel (2 or more prefectures): 35,000 yen

Eligible Period
For stays from October 1st, 2026 onward; specific dates to be determined by each prefecture.

Reservation Period
Varies by prefecture. Currently being coordinated.

Eligible Area
The seven prefectures of Kyushu (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima).

Eligibility
Available to residents of Japan and inbound travelers. Business travelers on official/public expense are expected to be excluded.

How to Use / Reserve
Apply for discounted travel through travel booking sites, travel agencies, or accommodations participating in each prefecture's campaign (planned).

・ No regional coupons will be issued.
